Yay! I did a pony me... and I'm pretty happy with it.
I think my pony is nicely androgynous, I love the pallet and I'm happy with the hair which is pretty much my real hair (well mine's not starry, but the cut is close enough!)

The cutie mark is actually a personal symbol that represents me. I had a hard time actually trying to represent what I consider my "special talent" in a symbol. It's hard to convey in words, less in a single simple symbol. I reserve the right to change that cutie-mark if something better comes to me.

Anyway, I had a really wicked dark nightmare scape for a background also, but it really made it hard to see the pony's colors... so ... instead... foreshadowing? Bwahaha.. I love puns.

I still am unsure of my pony name... but I think if nothing else, for now, I will call my pony-self ... Cypher. He is sometimes also called "The Seeker in the Stars" and "Dream-Weaver". Those are titles tho. He is a mysterious figure.

My friend asked me what he does, as per canon... since Alicorns are god-like figures that do important things like Raise the sun, Raise the moon, light the stars etc.
Here's my answer:
He writes signs into the world so that everypony can experience mystery.
He shapes the constellations, raises standing stones, and carves faces in the mountains.
Leaves signs for ponies to find so they may contemplate the greater purpose to their lives and the universe that surrounds them.

[Edit!!]: Thanks to for pointing out the issues in the linework on Cypher's shadow. I fixed it and I got some ideas. Thanks for also helping me with the PNG and convincing me to finish the shadow instead of boxing it off.

Also, I have to thank the person that was calling my pony-sona Mary Sue. Because of your raising a fuss over him, he got noticed by Rainbowdash and Applejack who both have a crush now and Twilight Sparkle already liked him but he rarely ever comes around because he's very busy writing patterns in the stars (She's studied his work for years tho). Rainbowdash tried to get his attention by doing sonic rainbooms but he only has eyes for Luna who had plenty of time to stare off into the constellations while she was on the moon. She likes him too but she doesn't say anything because she knows he's old friends with her big sis and she's afraid it'd be weird. She also thinks he's too cute for her. (It's a shame because he thinks Luna's the cutest!)
